Terms of Reference External Evaluation // APPRAIS project

In the framework of the project APPRAIS – “governAnce, quality, accountability: a Piloting Reform PRrocess in kurdistAn regIon of Iraq”, UNIMED are looking for an External Evaluator.

The overall aim of the project is to support HEIs in Kurdistan region of Iraq in order to make them capable of establishing a modern governance framework through the adoption and implementation of Bologna process. The project is funded in the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE Programme of the European Union and spans over 3 years (15 January 2021 – 14 January 2024).

US-Iraq Higher Education Partnerships Program 2020 Small Grants

The deadline to complete this application, including the required attachments, is January 28, 2020.

   • After clicking "Save and Resume Later", you will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to leave this form and resume later?" - Click, "Save and get link"

   • On the page, copy the URL displayed or email it to yourself by entering your email in the field and clicking "Send save and resume link". If you do not, there is no way to recover your application.

4. Please attach ALL of the required attachments listed at the end of this form and follow the instructions as they are written. If you are missing any of the required attachments, your proposal will NOT be considered. There is also a space to upload other relevant documentation to support your proposal.

5. Please submit your COMPLETED application by January 28, 2020. The form will close automatically to new submissions at 11:59 PM, Iraq local time on January 28, 2020. If your application is submitted late, it will NOT be considered.
